Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses technically necessary cookies to make the site user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. Our website uses the following cookies: language settings with Polylang and the booking process with Vioma. You can control and restrict the use of cookies directly in your web browser’s settings. You can find detailed instructions in your browser’s help section. Please note that if you disable cookies, some features of our website – such as room booking – may no longer be fully functional.
We also use the open-source web analytics service Matomo to better understand our target audiences and optimize our website. Matomo is hosted on our own server at All-Inkl. The data collected includes, among other things, pages visited, time spent on the site, browser, operating system, and the (anonymized) IP address. You can opt out of data collection at any time by sending an email to info@berghotel-predigstuhl.at.

Data Collection for Inquiries and Bookings

Our website uses the booking technology vioma BOOKING, provided by vioma GmbH (“vioma”), Industriestraße 27, 77656 Offenburg. If you make an online booking or a booking inquiry via our website, we require your email address, travel dates, the booked product, as well as your salutation and first and last name in order to process your request. In individual cases, we additionally request your phone number so that we can contact you quickly, particularly with regard to unforeseeable circumstances affecting your booking. To calculate the applicable travel price, we require the stay dates, the selected product, the number of travelers, and information on whether the travelers are adults or children. If you are traveling with children, we also request the children’s ages for correct price calculation. We furthermore ask for your preferred payment method for the trip. If a prepayment applies to your travel parameters, after selecting your preferred payment method you will be redirected to a payment service provider for secure processing of the prepayment. Any further information provided in the form is voluntary. The processing of data for online bookings and online booking inquiries is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and serves to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. The data you transmit to us remains with us until the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once processing of your request has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

vioma VOUCHER – Voucher Purchase and Voucher Management
Our website uses the voucher software vioma VOUCHER, provided by vioma GmbH (“vioma”), Industriestraße 27, 77656 Offenburg, for the sale, redemption, and management of online vouchers. If you purchase an online voucher via our website, we require your email address, as well as the recipient’s salutation and first and last name, in order to process your voucher purchase. We also ask for your preferred shipping method so that the voucher can be delivered according to your wishes. If sent by email, we process the recipient’s email address; if postal delivery is selected, the recipient’s postal address is collected for delivery by mail. Within voucher management, the remaining value of the voucher, redemptions already made, and the current status (open, paid, redeemed, etc.) are also recorded. The processing of your data for the online purchase of vouchers is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and serves to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. The processing of your data within voucher management is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR and serves to fulfill statutory retention obligations. The data you transmit to us remains with us until the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once processing of your request has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
