Data Collection for Inquiries and Bookings
When you book a room or suite through our website, the booking is processed via an external booking tool, WINHOTEL.MX. The information you provide (name, address, email, travel dates, number of guests) will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
Legal Registration Requirement (Guest Registration Form)
As an accommodation provider in Austria, we are legally required to collect personal data in accordance with the Registration Act. This data (including name, date of birth, and nationality) is forwarded to the relevant municipality of Bad Goisern.

You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection.
